Returns

To qualify for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days from your purchase date. The product must be returned in the same condition as when received and free from any damage.

Return Process

To return an item, please contact customer service to obtain a return address. Once you receive the address, securely package the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase. Return shipping may be free in certain circumstances. If you return an item for reasons not attributable to an error by comusire.com, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We will process and ship your order within 1–3 days. If you wish to cancel your order, you must submit the cancellation request before the order is dispatched; once shipped, cancellation will no longer be available. While the website does not impose a time restriction for submitting cancellation requests, an order can only be cancelled if the request is received prior to shipment.

Refunds

After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will proceed with your return or exchange request. Please allow a minimum of 30 days from the date we receive your item for us to complete processing. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to reflect on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer. We will send you an email notification once your return has been processed.

Note

If the return is initiated for reasons attributable to you, you shall be responsible for the return shipping cost, which will be determined by the courier you select. If items arrive damaged or incorrect due to our error, you will not be required to cover the return shipping fee.
