What payment methods do you accept?
We support two primary payment methods:
- PayPal Comusire primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments. Via PayPal, we accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express and Discover.
- Secure Credit Card Payment We also accept credit card payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Which currency will I be charged in?
All transactions are denominated in USD. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the applicable exchange rate based on the website you are accessing.
Do you offer 3- or 4-installment payment options?
We support payment in 3 installments. You will be able to select this payment option at checkout.
How do I change or modify my order?
If you notice an error with your order after receiving the order confirmation email, please contact our Support Center. Please note that we can only assist with order modifications prior to shipment. Once your package has been dispatched, no further changes can be made.
What should I do if I did not receive a confirmation email?
If you have not received your order confirmation email, it is possible that you entered your email address incorrectly when placing the order, or the email may have been filtered into your spam folder. You may log into your account to view your orders. Alternatively, you may contact us for further information regarding your order.
